CITY OF COATESVILLE HIRES LAW FIRM TO COLLECT DELINQUENT TRASH FEES

The City of Coatesville has hired Portnoff Law Associates Ltd. to collect its delinquent Solid Waste or trash fees. Portnoff utilizes state law that allows the costs of collection to be imposed upon the delinquent customers creating incentive for them to pay, and reducing the burden of collection costs on the City’s paying customers.
