Agendas

Agendas serve as crucial tools that outline and organize the topics and issues to be discussed during City Council meetings. They provide a comprehensive overview of the matters that will be addressed, allowing community members to stay informed and engaged in local governance. City Council Meetings are typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, with the exception of July and December when there is only one meeting on the 2nd Monday. Special meetings may also be called as needed to address specific matters.

To ensure transparency and public participation, agendas are posted prior to each meeting, giving residents and stakeholders an opportunity to review the upcoming agenda items. By accessing the posted agendas, community members can stay up to date with Council proceedings and community matters, enabling them to contribute to the decision-making process.

It is important to note that if a regular meeting falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled for the following day to accommodate the observance of the holiday. By actively engaging with the agendas and attending Council meetings, residents can actively participate in the governance of the City of Coatesville and contribute to the development of their community.
