While the City of Coatesville will no longer be responsible for repairing damaged garbage totes, you can request a new trash tote or a replacement, where fees may apply. We kindly ask you to make your requests through our finance department. If you have a special request or complaint, or if your tote was damaged, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the City of Coatesville directly at 610-384-0300. Our finance team will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining a new tote and provide all the necessary information to ensure proper waste disposal and recycling in your area. Please note: You may be required to provide additional information upon making your request. To ensure your request is handled in a timely manner, please visit our finance department during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, closed for lunch 12:30 – 1:30pm. Making a request in-person with a processed payment made to our department will almost guarantee quicker service and delivery. Also, filling out a paper request form may be required for our filing and immediate processing. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
