Project Description
The first phase of the new train station development is the new streetscaping of 3rd Avenue. Most of the work is complete and will be wrapped up as soon as the winter weather breaks. The second phase will begin in the spring and includes streetscape improvements to 4th Avenue – which will ultimately become the main thoroughfare from Lincoln Highway to the new station. Work on 4th Avenue will include many of the same enhancements seen on 3rd, but will also feature a designated bike lane.
