Coatesville Area Canvassing Update and Plan for the Week of October 5, 2025
PA American Water will be initiating our H20 Help-to-Others Program on Monday 10/6 in close vicinity to the ongoing Lead Service Line Inventory work. Door-to-door canvassers will be providing H2O communications to as many eligible customers as possible. Customers have the option to enroll online via the H2O Help To Others Program and the Dollar Energy Fund MyApp© 2025.

PA American Water is Conducting a Survey of Water Lines. CDM Smith canvassers will go door-to-door to ask for permission to inspect water service lines. Canvassers will wear appropriate PPE, have American Water badges for identification, and will be thoroughly trained ahead of field activities. Program windshield signs will be visible in their vehicles. Customers can sign up for a scheduled inspection using this Calendly Link.
