Construction on Coatesville Train Station continues to move toward completion!

Construction on the Coatesville Train Station continues to move forward as part of the PennDOT Keystone Improvements project.
The latest construction status update, dated June 8, 2026, highlights progress on both the south and north sides of the station. Recent work includes exterior brick and window installation on the south elevator tower, roofing work, ADA-compliant ramp and stair access, drainage improvements, platform installation, north wall construction, and continued work on the elevator foundation and station infrastructure.
Upcoming construction activities over the next six months are expected to include north tower wall work, south elevator installation, south tower finishes, utility relocations near 4th Avenue, north wing wall completion, north platform canopies, 3rd Avenue drainage, Coates Street paving, and additional work near Fleetwood Street and the parking lot area.
