The City of Coatesville offers several ways to pay parking tickets. Paying on time avoids late penalties and keeps your registration or license from being placed on hold. To pay a parking ticket, you can choose the following options:

  1. Pay online (fastest):

    • Go to coatesville.citationportal.com.

    • Select Citation Number, License Plate, or VIN, enter the required information, and click Search.

    • Review the citation, press Add to Cart, then Checkout to pay by credit or debit card. A receipt will be emailed immediately.

  2. Pay by mail:

    • Make your check or money order payable to “City of Coatesville – Parking Violations.”

    • Write the citation number on the memo line.

    • Mail to:

  3. Pay in person:

    • Bring the ticket and payment (cash, check, or card) to the Police Department payment window at 1 City Hall Place, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

  • To dispute a citation: Follow the instructions on the back of the ticket to request a hearing with the Magisterial District Court before the listed deadline.
