REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR THE COATESVILLE COMMUNITY CENTER

May 13, 2025: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals and qualifications are being solicited by the City of Coatesville from Non-Profit [501(c) 3] Organizations for the planning, redevelopment, and new construction of the Coatesville Memorial Community Center located 99 9th Avenue, Coatesville, PA 19320, identified as the Public Service Zoning area in the east end of Coatesville.

Hard copies of proposals must be submitted before 4pm on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Proposals can also be submitted electronically in addition to the hard copies via [email protected] until 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Interested bidders can access the RFP document on the City of Coatesville’s website under RFP’s.
