Ash Park Revitalization Project – Bid Opportunity

The City of Coatesville is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the Ash Park Revitalization Project. This project will transform Ash Park through a series of major improvements, including the demolition of existing structures, renovation and resurfacing of basketball courts, installation of new lighting, construction of a new restroom building and pavilion, upgrades to pedestrian walkways and ADA parking, a new splash pad installation, and extensive landscaping enhancements.

Bids will be accepted electronically via PennBid until 1:00 PM on Monday, May 12, 2025. Interested bidders can access the plans, specifications, and contract documents through the PennBid platform at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1 City Hall Place, Coatesville, PA on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM. All inquiries should be submitted through the “Clarifications” feature in PennBid.

This project is classified as Public Works and must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act wage rates, OSHA standards, American Iron and Steel provisions, ADA accessibility requirements, and other applicable regulations.
