The Chester County Veteran ID & Discount Program provides photo identification cards to Chester County Veterans who record their DD-214 or other military discharge document(s) with the Recorder of Deeds office. Veterans who have already recorded their paperwork may come in to get their photo taken for their Veteran ID Card. A collection of roughly 100 Chester County businesses offer various discounts and specials to veterans who present their ID Card at time of purchase or services rendered.
