HEAT ADVISORY MESSAGE FROM CITY HALL!

Categories: City News

This is a friendly reminder to take extra precautions during the extreme heat expected over the next few days. Be aware of the signs of heat-related illness, which may include headache, rapid heartbeat, disorientation, muscle cramps, and dizziness.

Especially for those working outdoors, please stay hydrated—drink plenty of water and consider keeping a salty snack nearby! Look out for yourself and your coworkers, and don’t hesitate to check in with one another!

City Hall will be open from 8:30 am – 5 pm as a cooling station. Residents are welcome to stop by and cool down—we have seating available on the second floor!
