Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation
Oliver Tyrone Corporation was formed in the early 1900’s by the estate of Pittsburgh magnate
Henry Oliver.
In 1985, Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation was established to continue the development activities of its
predecessor. Since its succession, it has participated in the development of twelve buildings, including buildto-
suit headquarters facilities, hotels, and speculative projects. Attention to perfect locations, upscale design,
value, and function has given OTP the edge over other developers in its competitive areas.
Its flagship project is Tower Bridge at Conshohocken, a 1.7 million square foot office, hotel, and retail complex in suburban
Philadelphia. Located at the intersection of I-476 and I-76, the development lies at the heart of the Philadelphia region. Due to
its desirable location and high quality, the buildings at Tower Bridge lease up rapidly and command among the highest rental
rates in the region.
