Stone Bridge by the Creek
Mosaic Development Builders plan to acquire a 13 acre vacant brownfield on a former industrial site and construct a supermarket, restaurant row along the Riverwalk and an entertainment complex. After the site is remediated and the developers due diligence process is completed, Mosaic Development Partners will purchase the property for $2.0 million. The site is strategically located at the very center of the City, the northwest quadrant of the inntersection of Lincoln Highway and 1st Avenue, and immediately south of the propsed Chetty Builders Town Homes. Project slated to begin contruction Summer 2010. The project, together with the $17 million, 125 room hotel at the intersection of US Route 30 and PA Route 82, has already been pledged $12 million in funding towards the $35 million project from HUD and the Governor's Office. |
