Chetty Towers
Chetty Towers, by Chetty Builders, Inc., is a developing a project called Pennock Place Tower One Pennock Place will quickly become a monumental building. Elegantly designed and standing seven stories. Pennock Place will start the long awaited revitalization. As the main developer along the East Lincoln Corridor, Chetty Builders Inc. will change Coatesville for the future. The project features 72 units of condo quality apartments above a national change drug store. Coatesville features bus service and Amtrak Keystone COrridor service. Pennock Place is only .5 miles from Route 82, 1.5 miles from the Route 30 bypass and a short drive to Route 202 and the PA Turnpike. Five miles from Pennock Place is the new Tjorndale SEPTA train station as parks, recreation and shopping. Total cost of construction is $15 million. Parking will be temporarily sited at City parking until the second tower located across the street is completed. The projected is scheduled to break ground in 2009.
