**Chetty Builders Incorporated proposed Development on the "North Flats" comprised of approximately (98) townhomes and complete site improvements on an estimated nine and a half acre site. The site is located south of East Glencrest Road and just west of the Brandywine Creek.
The urban waterfront theme residential design is just north of a proposed retail and commercial shopping center and has a Riverwalk Trail PArk that encompasses the site. The townhome swill consist of two and three bedroom units.
