129-133 East Lincoln Highway Coatesville Artist Housing Project 129-133 East Lincoln Highway, by C-Wave Solutions will provide 24 residential units and 5,300 square feet of retail / commercial space. The estimated project cost is: $5,800,000. The Artists Lofts is a mixed-use project including 24 for rent loft apartments, a 2,200 square foot cafe, 4,100 square foot of office space and four artist studios. This building is part of the RDA's Transit Oriented Development Strategy within the Central Business District and conforms to the City's Comprehensive Plan. Adjacent to the Coatesville Cultural Society, the Artist Lofts development will brighten the City with the vibrancy artist' colonies bring. Apartment units wil have balconies, concrete floors, plywood walls, exposed ceiling structure with exposed ductwork and piping, a range in size from 840-1100 square feet. Building amneties feature a common exercise room and an upper courtyard green roof. Rental price points range from $750 to $1,100. The Coatesville Artist Housing Project will be owned and operated by the Coatesville Arts Partnership , LLC, a newly formed partnership of C Wave Solutions, the Redevelopment Authority of the Cityof Coatesville, and a local Non-Profit Cultural Arts Organization. The managing general partner for the project will be C Wave Solutions, LLC, A Chester County real estate development partnership of Khader Mohammad, a local real estate investor; Crystal Thomas, a Coatesville resident and business woman; and Jeffrey Cruse, an experinced Philadelphia-based developer.
