The program is a cooperative effort between the City of Coatesville’s Weed and Seed Program, the City’s Main Street Program, Kutztown University Small Business Development Center, and the Chester County Economic Development Foundation. All classes will be held at the Coatesville Memorial Community Center and taught by instructors who consist of faculty members of Kutztown University as well as a number of guest speakers and experts in the field of small business development. Ages: 14 through 17 years old Fee: Free – Paid for by the City of Coatesville/PA Weed and Seed Program City of Coatesville youth are accepted first, then children who reside throughout the CASD, then children who reside outside of the district. Applications can be picked up at the Coatesville Memorial Community Center, at the Main Street Office, or online at www.coatesville.org.
