Wilkinson One City Hall Place Coatesville, PA 19320 Phone: 610-384-2861 Fax: 610-384-6203 Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:00 The City of Coatesville has awarded the 2008, 2009, and 2010 solid waste contract to Charles Blosenski Disposal Co. of Honeybrook. Blosenski Disposal will collect trash every week. Trash will be picked up on the designated day in the rear of the property. Each Property owner will be permitted to place out with their trash, one bulk item per week. Also, trash and recyclables may not be placed out for pick-up no later than twelve hours prior to the pick-up time. Trash may not be placed out for pick-up before 6:00 p.m. the night before. Weekly service is provided, up to 6 cans (32 gallon maximum capacity). One bulk item will be collected each week. Bulk items will include furniture but not heavy metal items. RECYCLABLES (GLASS, ALUMINUM, METAL) MAY BE MIXED TOGETHER IN THE SAME CONTAINERS. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PLACE THE RECYCLABLES IN WITH YOUR NORMAL TRASH. Please contact the City of Coatesville if you have concerns or if your trash/recyclables are not picked up. The City will be in constant contact with Waste Management during the day. Deadline for missed pick-up is 2:00 PM. Remember, that for every ton of recycling not placed in the waste stream reflect a saving of $57.00 per ton. This savings helps to offset the yearly cost of collection and has direct control on the solid waste fee you pay every year. Thank you for your continued cooperation. |
