The City of Coatesville will be holding a public hearing on the proposed grant application to the Chester County Department of Community Development for Community Revitalization Program Grant funds for the National Velodrome Center Infrastructure Project and a Budget Amendment Meeting and any other such matters that are properly brought before Council on July 25, 2011 at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers, Coatesville City Hall, One City Hall Place, Coatesville, PA  19320, 610-384-0300.
