NATIONAL TAKE-BACK INITIATIVE

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) held a National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, September 29, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Over 12 pounds of unwanted, unused prescription drugs, were dropped off for safe disposal. This was a great opportunity for those who missed the previous events, or who had subsequently accumulated unwanted, unused prescription drugs, to safely dispose of those medications.
