Funded program must be designed to decrease [in 365 days] violent crimes that diminish the viability of families in the City of Coatesville, PA by reinforcing or creating collaborative (service) partnerships. Copies of the Request for Proposal for the Coatesville Federal Weed and Seed Initiative 2008-2009 may be examined below With a clear prospective of the needs of our growing community; our goal is to provide the necessary components through partnership to ensure quality of life for our families, neighborhoods, and schools.
