Solid Waste Collection Fee Information

City Hauling Services (Eligible Properties):

Residential	$295
Commercial Store Fronts on EHL/Multi-Unit Residential (Less than 4 units)	$295
Private Trash Hauling (Dumpsters are a requirement with Private Hauler): Properties that must obtain Private Trash Hauling services, at their own cost, will need to apply with the City for a Private Hauling Permit. Permit Fees are as noted: Industrial, Institutional and Multi Unit Residential Dwellings with more than 4 units (per parcel or unit)	Private Hauler Application Fee: $10/unit or $100/building or parcel (whichever amount is greater)
Commercial (Other than ELH Storefront)	Private Hauler Application Fee: $100

Recycling

Recycling plastic, paper, glass and all other eligible recycling material must be separated from trash that is collected and hauled by the City’s hauler or your private hauler. The City Codes Department will issue violations for any residential, commercial, industrial or institutional property that does not recycle eligible materials as required. Recycling is the responsible thing to do and ultimately helps keep your solid waste bills as low as possible.
