The Greater Coatesville Area Enterprise Zone is an officially designated enterprise zone, offering a variety of special programs, incentives, preferences and development opportunities to firms choosing to locate within the zone. The incentives offered within the Enterprise Zone, in combination with Pennsylvania’s very competitive business assistance programs, have bottom line impact for firms within the zone for both existing companies and firms seeking to locate in the Coatesville area.
